Exiled from their Vegas dancehall for preposterous acts of showmanship, Miss Friby and her band of artistes are sent to live out their sparkles in a decaying trailer park, this time it’s war! A barrage of eclectic Burlesque, Vaudeville and Cabaret acts flood the stage as these marauding artistes tackle even the most heinous of critics.
With live music by Adelaide Fringe ‘Best Music’ recipients, Rapskallion, a cast of world class performers and impeccable design, Two Pound Parlour guarantees high end acts, opulent staging and decadent costume.

STAGING REQUIREMENTS:
Two Pound Parlour was developed to be an immersive theatre show and as such is better suited for venues which offer a thrust/in the round stage with added rostrum that can be re-arranged to host performances on either side. However, the show can be re-developed to suit other staging arrangements.
A significant sidestage change area would be required, as would a behind the stage passageway for cast to change sides etc.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Show features a full live band, head set microphones and floor microphones for tap. The lighting requirements are also of significant detail which rely on the staging layout to be finalised, the use of a follow spot would also be required.
