Lizzy & The Woods is an Australian indie-folk project blending soulful vocals, rich harmonies and story-driven songwriting with a playful, larrikin-esque stage presence.

With original songs at the heart of the project, Lizzy & The Woods weave tales of love, mischief and resilience, with warmth, humour and unmistakable chemistry.

The project features award-winning cabaret performer Lizzy D. Smith (Miss Friby), known for her dynamic stagecraft and genre-crossing work, and internationally renowned children's music composer and producer, Woody Clark, elevated at times by a rotating cast of musicians. From stripped-back storytelling sets to high-energy bush dances, the pair draw upon their combined backgrounds in theatre, cabaret and live music to deliver a unique music experience — intimate one moment, raucous the next.

 

Lizzy & The Woods can perform as a duo or full band, adaptable for festivals, venues and special events.
